At Ndogbe Sprout, we produce pure palm gin through a full distillation process carried out on our farm. With several dozen acres of palm trees, we harvest annually and distill whenever the season is ideal. Our palm gin is aged in barrels and sold primarily in open markets, with plans to introduce special bottled brews in the near future. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we plan to replant our trees every three years, incorporating new cash crops like mangoes or more palm trees to support long-term growth.
