After hand-picking the fresh peppers, we flush boil and dry them to preserve their natural heat and flavor. Our cayenne peppers are sold in dried form, either whole or ground into powder, and are packaged for sale mainly in open markets. This process not only supports local women with regular employment but also ensures that our customers receive high-quality, flavorful spices for their cooking needs.
